Research conclave 2018 is being organized by Indian Institute of Technology Ropar which aims to provide a potential platform to nurture the young researchers and students from the region to keep pace with the latest in the field. The conclave is not just to boost the energy and enthusiasm of researchers but also to recognize the efforts of all. It proposes to host several luminaries from the academia as speakers. It works as a catalyst in readdressing the academic research challenges and putting forth tremendous efforts in the direction of betterment of society. The aim of this conclave is to bring together scientists and scholars on a common platform to share and exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish research relations and find collaborators for future work. It will be focusing on several topics in the field of science, engineering, humanities and social science, bringing out cutting-edge developments in various fields. It works as a bridge, connecting various fields opening the gates for interdisciplinary research. This research conclave is a debut event which is expected to be a milestone for the coming years.
